The registration fee for this event is $325 per person. There are no group registration discounts at this time. This registration fee includes the following:

Monday, April 28, 2025: Check-in and Welcome Reception
Tuesday, April 29, 2025: Keynote Address
Tuesday, April 29 & Wednesday 30, 2025: Day-and-a-half of General Session
Tuesday, April 29, 2025: Dinner Event

Payment and Cancelation Policy

Prepayment is required for this event. Please pay in full prior to Friday, April 25, 2025, or your registration may be canceled. Payment can be made by credit card online (Visa and MasterCard only). If you need to pay by another method, please reach out to events@eclinicalworks.com.

If you need to cancel your registration, a full refund will be offered through Friday, April 11, 2025. Substitutions will be accepted until Friday, April 25, 2025. If you have a room reserved at the hotel, please contact them directly to cancel your reservation. Please send notice of registration cancelation to events@eclinicalworks.com.
