eClinicalWorks invites customers and industry experts to present at our 2025 Health Center Summit. Sharing your expertise contributes to the success of the Event! We are specifically looking for panelists and those that would like to share their stories within a relevant session topic as a means to provide educational content to attendees. The Call for Presenters is open until March 5, 2025. eClinicalWorks cannot guarantee an invitation to present. Following review, you will be notified of our decision via email in the month of April. eClinicalWorks will waive the registration fee for the selected presenters who successfully complete their educational presentation and meet all other eClinicalWorks requirements. Travel, lodging, and costs are the responsibility of the presenter(s).
 
Section I. How to Apply to Present
- Complete the online Call for Presenters application form no later than March 5, 2025.
- If selected, you must register for the Event.

Section II. Presenter Agreement
If I am selected to present at the Event, I understand and agree to the following:
- I agree that video recording of the presentation during the Event is owned by eClinicalWorks and can be used for eClinicalWorks' future publication, educational, and marketing purposes. I grant to eClinicalWorks a royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to record and distribute my presentations (including audio, handouts, and PowerPoint presentations) as part of any virtual meeting offered in conjunction with the Event and free Event archived offerings, with appropriate attribution to me. I represent and warrant that my content does not violate any proprietary or personal rights of others (including any copyright, trademark, and privacy rights), is factually accurate, contains nothing defamatory or otherwise unlawful and will not be used for promotional or marketing purposes. I have the full authority to enter into this agreement and have obtained all necessary permissions or licenses from any individuals or organizations whose material is included or used in my presentation.
- eClinicalWorks reserves the right to revoke the selection of any presenter or withhold waived registration for failure to complete any of the presenter requirements. Should the attendee fail to complete their presentation, there will be no waiver of registration fees.
- I agree to submit a final draft of my presentation and complete a dry run with an eClinicalWorks employee before March 5, 2025.  

- I agree to participate in any Event rehearsals that are required prior to the Event.
- I authorize eClinicalWorks to use my name, likeness, photograph, and biographical data in connection with the use and promotion of the Event. 
- I agree to notify callforpresentations@eclinicalworks.com immediately if an emergency should prevent me from meeting my obligation as a presenter. 
- I agree to completion of the Anti-Kickback Statute Certification and Presenter Agreement as a pre-requisite to serving as a presenter, among other requirements. eClinicalWorks has the right to revoke acceptance and withhold waiver of fees if all pre-requisites and requirements are not met.
- If I am selected to present, additional/substitute speakers are not automatically allowed. It is up to the discretion of Event Planning Committee whether a session continues or is declined due to speaker changes.
- eClinicalWorks reserves the right to revoke the selection of any presenter for failure to complete any of these above listed requirements. Should the attendee fail to complete their presentation, they will be charged the maximum registration fee of $350.
