How do I register for eClinicalWorks Day?

To register, please visit https://events.eclinicalworks.com/event/ecwday/home and click on the “Upcoming Events” button on the top of the screen. You can also scroll down to learn more.

What time should I arrive?

Registration will begin at 9:00 AM. The program will begin at 10:00 AM.

Can I come late or leave early?

Come for the whole event or attend only the sessions you want. Whenever you arrive, please make sure to visit the registration desk, so we know you’ve joined us!

Is there a charge for this event?

The eClinicalWorks Day event is held at no cost to you.

What if no hotel information is listed for my city?

This means that we are still in the process of contracting with the hotel for this event. You may still register for this event, and the venue will be added to the website once it is confirmed.

How do I sign up to work with a specialist?

There will be complementary 20-minute Question and Answer sessions available on site. After checking in at onsite registration, you may also register for a one-on-one Question and Answer session. Here, you can connect with a remote or in-person eCW resource who will help you with your questions. There will be a sign-up sheet available at the registration table and slots are first-come-first-serve basis, and will be limited to 20 minutes to best assist all registrants. Please have your questions/issues formulated before your appointment. The Question and Answer sessions will run concurrent to eCW Day main presentation. At that time, you can sign up for a 20-minute session with an eCW expert on the EMR, billing, eBO® reports, or Patient Engagement. Availability of resources and specific resource types are subject to change.
