How do I know if I will be attending the Expo?

You will receive an email from the eClinicalWorks Expo Team informing you of your acceptance.

How do I log in to my registration?

You can log in using your Office 365 credentials. You will only be able to log in if you have been accepted to attend.

I am not able to attend the Expo. How do I notify my Team Lead?

To opt out, please email your Team Lead and eventinfo@eclinicalworks.com by Friday, January 30.

What is expected of me as an attendee of the Expo?

You will be assigned to workshops and are expected to be present during the entire duration of your assigned training. For further clarification, please reach out to your Team Lead.

When does the Conference start and end?

The 2026 Education Expo will start on Tuesday, April 7, and will end mid-day on Thursday, April 9.

Monday, April 6 and the afternoon of Thursday, April 9 will be travel days.

How will my attendance be tracked?

Yes, your attendance is mandatory. Your badge will be scanned to track your attendance onsite.

What do I do if I need assistance from Corp IT?

If you are experiencing issues prior to the Expo, please submit an IR to CORP IT in advance so that the issue may be resolved prior to the Expo.

If you are experiencing issues during the Expo, representatives from CORP IT will be available onsite to assist you.
