The eClinicalWorks 2026 Education Expo will bring together hundreds of eClinicalWorks employees for training, networking, and in-depth educational sessions. This years' event will be held at the Renaissance Waterfront Boston Hotel on April 7 - 9, 2026.

How do I know if I will be attending the Expo?

You will receive an email from the eClinicalWorks Expo Team informing you of your acceptance.

How do I log in to my registration?

You can log in using your Office 365 credentials. You will only be able to log in if you have been accepted to attend.

I am not able to attend the Expo. How do I notify my Team Lead?

To opt out, please email your Team Lead and eventinfo@eclinicalworks.com by Friday, January 30.

What is expected of me as an attendee of the Expo?

You will be assigned to workshops and are expected to be present during the entire duration of your assigned training. For further clarification, please reach out to your Team Lead.

When does the Conference start and end?

The 2026 Education Expo will start on Tuesday, April 7, and will end mid-day on Thursday, April 9.

Monday, April 6 and the afternoon of Thursday, April 9 will be travel days.
