Come meet our exhibitors, visit eCWCentral, and meet with your peers in the Longhorn Exhibit Hall starting at 5:15 PM. Light refreshments will be served. The Welcome Reception is included in your paid registration fee.

Join us Saturday night for our annual Conference blowout. This magnificent extravaganza is over four hours of exciting entertainment and delicious cuisine from around the globe.

Those who would like to bring a spouse, family member, or friend can purchase one or more celebration passes prior to the Conference or at the on-site registration desk. Passes are available for purchase under the Additional Attendee tab on your registration dashboard. Passes for guests 18 years of age and older are $125 per person. Passes for guests 17 years of age and younger are free of charge. 

Attendees and those with a celebration pass are required to wear their Conference name badge for entrance to the Friday Welcome Reception and Saturday night party. To keep these events exclusive to our eCW attendees, we will be checking your badges at the entrance. No one will be allowed into the restricted areas without a Conference name badge and lanyard. We appreciate everyone’s compliance with this requirement.
