Start Your Registration

Register with Customer Portal (my.eclinicalworks.com) Credentials: This is the quickest way to complete a registration, as we will import most of your demographic information directly from the Customer Portal. Simply start a new registration using your Customer Portal username and password. If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it and then return to this page to start your registration. If you do not have a username/password for the Customer Portal, please contact your portal administrator.

Register without Customer Portal Credentials: If you are not a Customer Portal user, you may complete a registration by creating a new username and password. If we are unable to verify your practice, we will reach out to you to provide additional information. To help avoid this, please enter your practice APU ID in the registration form. For more information on how to find your APU ID, please review the instructions below.* If you do not respond or we are unable to verify your practice, your registration will be canceled. You will receive an email confirming the cancelation. If you do not have a username/password for the Customer Portal, please contact your portal administrator.

* How to locate your APU ID: Open the eClinicalWorks software and click on the Help menu. Then click on About eClinicalWorks. From there, click on APU Info. Enter this number at the time of registration.

Conference Registration Rates

In order to secure your registration rate, you should pay at the time your registration is completed. If payment is not received by the deadlines below, your registration rate will move up to the next tier.

Once the Conference schedule is released, you may build your individual schedule by adding sessions. Please note, however, that attendees are not guaranteed a space in any particular session or sessions. Please arrive early to each session to secure your place.

Each eClinicalWorks user that plans to attend the Conference must be registered as an attendee. All Conference attendees will be required to review and agree to the event terms and conditions at the time of registration. If you are registering as a group, the primary attendee is accepting the terms and conditions on your behalf.

Payment

Payment must be submitted at the time of registration with a credit card. Your payment secures your registration(s).

Cancelations And Refunds

Notice of cancelations should be requested by email to events@eclinicalworks.com. Please allow up to 10 business days for your credit card refund to be processed. Check refunds can take up to 21 business days to refund.

Continuing Education

We understand the importance of helping you achieve your continuing education requirements. For this reason, many of our breakout sessions will be eligible for CME/CE or AAPC credits. Sessions eligible for credits will be indicated in the schedule when it is released later this year. Look for the CME/CE logo next to certified sessions. You will need to register separately to obtain credits. That information will be provided this summer.
